Conditions

  1. Registration is confirmed once full payment has been received and validated. The conference secretariat will send a confirmation email once payment has been validated.
     
    • PayPal provides immediate Payment confirmation but may need 72 hours to process for some countries and territories.
    • For bank deposits and fund transfers, please email deposit slips/ transfer slips to conference2021@amic.asia. Please allow 2-3 banking days (weekdays 9:00 am – 4:00 PM) to verify your payment.

  2. A registrant profile will automatically be created for you where you can monitor registration confirmation, status of abstract review, and other conference updates. Feel free to update your profile picture and other details as needed.

  3. Payment for participation shall be done through bank transfer, or through payment processors Dragonpay and PayPal.

  4. All attendees are required to register and to pay the conference fees.

  5. Cancellation of registration must be made in writing and emailed to conference2021@amic.asia. Paid registration fees are refundable (less a processing fee amounting to 25% of total amount paid) if notification of cancellation is received by October 31, 2021. No reimbursement of registration payment will be entertained after October 31, 2021. However, a substitute attendee can be accepted provided an email is sent to conference2021@amic.asia stating the name of the substitute participant.

 

Registration Procedure

  1. Go to 2021conference.amic.asia/Registration (or paste this link on your browser: https://2021conference.amic.asia/Registration)
  2. Create an account or sign in using the email address used to submit Abstracts. If you’re registering on a delegate’s behalf, make sure to use the delegate’s email address. You can also sign-in using Google or LinkedIn accounts.
  1. Accomplish the Delegate Registration Form.
  2. Select appropriate registration category then click “Payment”.
  3. Select preferred payment option.

For those paying through credit cards in USD, this will be done securely using PayPal.

  1. Click the PayPal Logo
  2. Upon clicking, it will direct you to the PayPal payment processing page.
  3. Click “Checkout as a Guest”.
  4. Key in the same email address on the PayPal form then click “Continue to Payment”.
  5. Continue accomplishing the form on the payment processing page.

    Note: Please note that AMIC and PayPal process data separately. Your credit card details and billing address will be securely used within the PayPal app and will not be shared with AMIC.
  6. Click “Payment in USD

For delegates paying in USD through bank transfer, click “INVOICE”. A detailed payment instruction and invoice will be sent via email.
